1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 99mb ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the 99mb platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the 99mb brand.

By accessing, registering, or using any 99mb services, you expressly consent to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines that may be issued from time to time. This acceptance is an absolute condition for continued use of the 99mb platform.

These terms are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process between both parties.

2User Eligibility

Access to the 99mb platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or court order that restricts participation in betting activities.
• Not registered as an individual under any gambling platform's self-exclusion program.
• Register only one account per individual — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

99mb reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Members who fail to meet eligibility requirements or provide false information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process risk having their account suspended or closed without prior notice, and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with our internal policies.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the 99mb platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur. 99mb is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information.

The full name registered on your account must match the name on the payment method used. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account held in the registered member's name — no exceptions to this policy.

• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to the 99mb support team.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly encouraged and can be enabled through your account settings.

4Deposits & Payments

99mb accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including instant bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, as well as crypto deposits in USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum.

All deposits are processed instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation. 99mb does not charge any processing fees for deposits — however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges beyond our control.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit limit may vary depending on your account tier and the payment method used.
• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to the registered member.
• 99mb reserves the right to decline or withhold suspicious deposits without being required to provide detailed reasons.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your 99mb account are processed quickly and efficiently. Withdrawal requests that meet all specified requirements will be completed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the withdrawal method and applicable limits.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring approval from 99mb management. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering and protect the interests of all parties.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Full KYC verification is required for withdrawals exceeding the set limit.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
• 99mb reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes without compromising the integrity of your funds.
• Rejected withdrawal requests will be returned to your account balance immediately.

6Bonuses & Promotions

99mb offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer on the Promotions us.

The wagering requirement is a condition that must be met before a bonus value can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Each account is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• 99mb reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonus expiry dates are as stated in the terms of each promotion. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

7Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the 99mb platform are subject to the wagering rules established for each sport, casino game, or other betting product available. Specific rules for each product can be found in the relevant section of our platform.

99mb operates a fair and transparent betting processing system. All odds are market-based and updated in real time. The random number generator (RNG) used in casino games is regularly audited by independent bodies to ensure absolute fairness.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except in extraordinary technical circumstances such as system disruptions that affect the integrity of results.
• 99mb reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or inaccurate data entry.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, software vulnerabilities, or weaknesses in odds settings constitutes a serious violation of these terms.
• Wagering between members is prohibited. All bets must be placed independently based on your own personal judgment.

8User Responsibilities

As a member of the 99mb platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and adheres to all stated terms. 99mb is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in jurisdictions that may have different restrictions.

You agree not to use the 99mb platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, attempted money laundering, identity fraud, system hacking, or any activity that could compromise the security of the platform.

• Responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• Ensure that the device used to access the platform is free from malware or security threats.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account to the 99mb support team immediately.
• Play responsibly and set appropriate limits for your betting activity.

9Account Closure

Members are free to close their account at any time by contacting the 99mb support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant conditions have been met.

99mb reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event that:

• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The member has violated any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate belonging to the same individual.
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• There is suspicious wagering activity inconsistent with the account's risk profile.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 99mb reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending internal investigation and applicable legal requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

99mb provides the betting platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may experience temporary disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, 99mb is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activity conducted on this platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence.

11Terms Amendment

99mb reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant amendments via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate action.

The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the 99mb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.
